2008 Trainer’s
Institute Dates: October 13-17, 2008
Since 1983, ASTD Nebraska's week-long Trainer's Institute has
become nationally recognized for providing new and seasoned trainers
an opportunity to increase their effectiveness. Trainer’s Institute
is designed as an introduction to and an overview for the training
role. For individuals who are new to the field of training, Trainer's
Institute provides a challenging opportunity for mastering the
basic skills every trainer must have to succeed. Experienced trainers
have an opportunity to polish their skill set and network with
some of the top professionals in the field.
During this five-day workshop, experienced trainers share tips
and techniques to help you improve your skills, confidence, and
professionalism. You participate in engaging and interactive sessions
and receive personalized feedback from experienced training professionals
on your use of training techniques.
Trainer’s Institute is held annually in the fall. The next offering
of Trainer’s Institute will be on October 13-17, 2008
at the Omaha Home for Boys, located at 4343 N. 52nd St, Omaha,
NE 68104.
