The mission of the Career Center is:

To enhance our membership's ability to successfully advance professionally within the Training and Development career field.

In order to fulfill this mission, the Career Resources Committee provides the following services to ASTD Nebraska members:

• Training and Development Career Opportunities -- the committee partners with Omaha metro area and out-of-area employers to place the most current job opportunities directly onto our website and into our newsletter.
• Resume Critique Service -- we provide a personalized resume critique based upon the latest trends in hiring and the Training and Development career field. You will receive insight and edits that will allow you to polish your resume and increase your ability to compete with other candidates in the job market.
• Mentoring Program -- is a structured, yet informal, voluntary program. Members seeking the opportunity to partner with a senior or junior member are supported and guided through the mentor relationship by qualified program coordinators.
• Employer Services -- If you are an employer looking for a Training & Development professional, we can help. We offer free space on our website and in our newsletter to place your job listing.
