ASTD highlights chapters that shine!

Our chapter was profiled as the Chapter of the Month on the ASTD homepage at www.astd.org. We had a Sharing Our Success (SOS) submission accepted, are CORE compliant and innovative!

2006 Sharing Our Success (SOS) Program

The purpose of the Share Your Success (SOS) program is to help chapters improve through sharing and finding easy-to-use ideas, resources and practices in the areas of communication, contribution to the community, membership, and programs-workshops-products-services. For more information about the SOS program visit the ASTD National website. Our chapter was recognized for:

• Board of Directors Wiki (this wiki is for the use of the ASTD Nebraska Board only)

ASTD Chapter Operating Requirements

What is Core? ASTD Chapter Operating Requirements (CORE) are a set of performance guidelines designed to help chapters deliver consistent benefits to members. CORE consists of elements in five key areas: administration, financial, membership, professional development, and communication, which are necessary for running a chapter like a business.
